On completion, you will receive 1 full resolution full-resolution digital file and 1 watermarked file. Please do not share the unwatermarked file online. (The watermark is my handwritten signature)This commission is not for commercial use. Personal use of the full-resolution version such as profile picture, wallpaper, printing for yourself (no selling), etc... is perfectly okay though!Posting the commissioned watermarked piece on social media is okay as long as appropriate credit is given. You can link back to my twitch, twitter, carrd.co OR the page where I uploaded the drawing on my DeviantArt (if I have already uploaded it).
You may not claim to have made the artwork.I hold every right over my artwork, I can therefore post it wherever I want to promote myself. (I will credit you as the commissioner)REFUNDS POLICY
I have the right to decline your commission request. In that case, I will inform you and refund your money immediately if you've already paid. (But do NOT pay without being instructed to do so!)
I will not take your money and run away with it. You will receive a product in due time after I've accepted your commission.
No refunds afterwards. If I am unable to finish the piece due to personal reasons, I will offer a refund, you have no right to demand one otherwise.
You may NOT file a chargeback against me under any circumstance.
Any potential chargeback will be declined and chat logs between me and the customer will be used as evidence. Additionally, the customer will lose all rights to the commission and be blacklisted from future commissions.OTHER INFORMATION

  • By ordering from me, you are purchasing a custom made digital artwork. There will be no shipping involved.

  • You may request up to 2 major changes to the sketch free of charge.

  • You may request minor corrections if I made a mistake in the character’s design.

  • Depending on complexity, your order may take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks to be finished. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be informed.

  • I have the right to cancel your commission if I do not hear anything from you for 1 month at any point in the commission process.

  • I may or may not stream the process. If you want your order to be private until completion you MUST specify in the “Additional Information” section or I will assume it is not.

  • I will post your commission publicly on any of my own socials. If you would like to delay that until a certain date, please specify in the “Additional Information” section.

  • Simple characters qualify for a special discount! Contact me before ordering to find out if your desired character qualifies for it.

  • Incredibly complex designs/requests may require an additional fee.

  • Please keep in mind my artstyle may not be perfectly consistent. There will likely be a clear difference when compared to the older drawings in my gallery.

I will respond (typically within 48 hours).
Details or clarifications may be discussed.
Depending on my workload and health, my commissions may be temporarily on hold. You may reserve a special spot on my waitlist for free. Special spots do not expire.
You may also request to be waitlisted for other reasons. A requested waitlist spot can only be held for up to 3 months. You may cancel your commission at any time while on the waitlist. Please note that cancellation is no longer possible afterwards.
If you request to be waitlisted for any reason, the process will be put on hold until I contact you or you contact me.
After I have accepted your request, you will be informed of the expected completion time and payment may be clarified.
Full payment is required at this point.You will receive instructions to pay through the method you selected.
After the payment process has been completed successfully, I will start working on your order.I will send you the sketch and wait for your approval to continue. Please tell me if you want to change anything before I proceed.
I will not make any changes to the finished piece (unless I forgot tiny details that could not have been seen in the sketch).I will try to finish your commission as fast as I can, however please keep in mind that I have a life too. Terms of service and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes do not affect ongoing or waitlisted commissions.
